Over the years, Laurent has represented properties from Marina Del Rey to Woodland Hills and Los Feliz, offering a fresh, forward-thinking approach to buying and selling. He was recently featured on American television series “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” after representing the buyer in the record residential sale of Culver City.
For the past ten years, Laurent has lived and worked in Los Angeles and offers vital insight into the latest real estate trends affecting its many diverse neighborhoods. Originally from France, his European upbringing and international hospitality experience have afforded him a unique, multicultural perspective which has proven invaluable in a city as eclectic as L.A.
After graduating with honors from the University of Las Vegas with a B.S. in Hospitality Administration, Laurent moved to Thailand to hone is skills in the service industry at an upscale French restaurant in the heart of Bangkok. Upon returning to L.A., he continued working in hospitality at a luxury resort in Santa Monica before getting his start in real estate at Keller Williams. Laurent’s unwavering commitment to his clients’ satisfaction, paired with his natural people skills, has translated seamlessly to real estate, earning him a diverse and distinguished clientele based heavily upon referrals and repeat clients.
A member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce, French-American Chamber of Commerce, and The French District, when he’s not serving his clients, Laurent is active with Giveback Homes and enjoys spending time with his wife Krystle, daughter Violet and their dog, playing soccer, traveling, hiking, and simply enjoying life.
