When it comes to entrusting them with your most important asset (or career), it should be. My real estate story starts where I grew up in Silicon Valley. I graduated from college in Northern California and worked for 15 years in the software industry. I loved it! I worked for big companies, such as Oracle and Sun Microsystems and small, fast-paced start ups. At Oracle I ran marketing programs throughout the U.S., Asia Pacific and Europe and my entire focus was on customer satisfaction. My department developed solutions for our client's most pressing needs and we worked at the highest levels within the company to do this. I worked hard, saw the world and honed my negotiating skills. I stayed with Oracle after marriage and right up to the point I had my two children, Maddie and Dean. I found the travel incompatible with the focus I wanted to give them and the energy I wanted to put into building a home. This lasted for three wonderful years until my husband decided to step out of the corporate world and open a restaurant with a close friend. My commitment to their endeavor was to contribute financially...and the door to selling real estate was opened. My career in real estate began with a bang 14 years ago. The skills required to excel at selling real estate are so closely aligned with those that led to my success in the corporate world that I sold my first house within the first 30 days of joining Coldwell Banker. I am passionate about communicating, negotiating and creating the most satisfactory client service experiences imaginable – it is my natural skill set – and my experience has bolstered my ability to provide this to clients. Fast forward 14 years. One experience rolled into the next and I was given the opportunity to open my own real estate office in Oceanside, CA. It has been an accumulation of all the skills, all the experiences that came before this and it is where I thrive. Working with agents in their businesses, with their clients and, most importantly, helping everyone get more of what they want is my highest excitement. It is where all the fun lives! We are here to do amazing things – to serve a little more, to love a little more and to have fun at it. It is a blessing that every day I have the opportunity to do this. It is why I am here.     Alejandro was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, the oldest of three siblings, in a humble but thriving family. He graduated from Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas in Forest Engineering. After working in the industry for some years, he traveled to Managua, Nicaragua where he obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration at INCAE-Harvard. Back in Colombia, and now as a Professor, he joined Universities like Los Andes and La Salle. Always with the desire of growing intellectually, he went to the University of South Carolina obtaining his second Master Degree in International Business. As a very accomplished graduate, he was hired as General Manager by an American company to work in Bolivia which allowed him to travel all around South America, Europe and Asia. In 1984, Alejandro returns to Colombia and together with some friends, they founded FEXADE, a technical institute fully approved by the Department of Education. Later on, Alejandro went to the University of El Rosario as the Dean of the School of Administration. In 1993, the major of Bogota appoints Alejandro as the Director of Cadastre, position he held until January 1998. During his tenure, he guided his team and developed the Digital Map for Bogota, which still today is used as one of the most important tools for the land management of the city. The difficult safety situation Colombia was experiencing at the end of the decade, drove Alejandro to make the decision to move his family to the United States in 2001 and he chooses Carlsbad to settle down. As an independent lender, licensed by the Department of Corporations, and hand by hand with his wife Yolanda, Alejandro continues his career in the Real Estate business and form The Homes and Lending Team, especially as financial and investment advisor. Later on, he decided to also go for his license as a Realtor. Alejandro Rojas has always dedicated his life to the service of people in all the different stages of his life and all fields he has put his energy and knowledge into, with passion and responsibility.

A former Pre-School Director she enjoys putting houses with people. Moving to Oceanside in 1972 ant to La Costa in 1980 and back to Henie Hills in Oceanside in 1999. Love California, Texas, and Maui! Recently I became a grandmother. Tallulah is three now and she makes my heart sing all the way from Texas.
