    I started in Real Estate in the early 1990's and received my Sales Associate license in the fall of 1993. I finished my college education and graduated with a degree in Real Estate from Palomar College in 1996. I also continued on with my Real Estate courses and completed my Certification in Real Estate as well. My career started with a top producer in the city of Carlsbad and I trained under her superior eye and teaching skills. I was an assistant and a buyers agent for her for 5 years. With the changing of companies, I started selling in the tri city area to include Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Vista. I soon began working with Family Law Attorneys and Trust Attorneys in the area. Soon I was handling many divorce sales and persons going from independent living into assisted living services. I found many of my clients who purchased homes were now faced with foreclosures, and divorces because of the monumental stress related to our Real Estate Meltdown. I studied and became a member of the Distressed Property Institute. This has helped me with my clients in helping them with their properties. Through this process I became a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I have since helped more than 50 families avoid foreclosure and sell their home in a short sale, rather than foreclosing and ruining their credit and livelihood. I have gained trust from my fellow Realtors and have helped many of the Real Estate agents in this area by assisting them with their short sale clients.

I grew up in Australia earning an engineering bachelor’s degree and working in construction management. I lived and worked in Europe and Saudi Arabia on my way to the U.S. I came to the U.S. to earn an MBA from U.C.
