Kevin Sanchez
PresidentKevin’s entire career has been centered on the Southern California Real Estate Industry. As a senior at UCLA he worked part-time in commercial real estate; after graduation he joined Re/Max in Newport Beach then transferred to Re/Max in Aliso Viejo where Kevin and his growing family bought their first home. He associated with a colleague, Arne DeWitt to form a partnership within Re/Max which consistently ranked among the top Re/Max teams in California and the US. After thirteen years with Re/Max, Kevin formed Preferred Group Properties , Inc, in 2004 and purchased a commercial building in Aliso Viejo. From 2004 to 2007, he ran a productive boutique Real Estate firm and added escrow and mortgage services. At the end of 2006, Kevin recognized the changing economy and consequently liquidated his real estate holdings and downsized to weather the impending economic downturn. In 2008 Kevin was invited to participate in the liquidation of distressed properties. From 2008 to 2010, Preferred Group Properties grew at a rapid pace through the handling of listings and escrows. Realizing that the distressed market would eventually shrink, Kevin began taking steps to implement plans for future diversification. In the process, Kevin transitioned his Department of Real Estate Escrow Company to a Department of Corporations Escrow Company. In addition, he formed a Joint Venture with Prime Lending Ventures out of Texas. Kevin recently purchased a commercial office building in Aliso Viejo to serve as the headquarters for all of the Real Estate, Escrow, and Loan operations. In the spring of 2011, Kevin was introduced to Harcourts, an extraordinarily successful International Real Estate Franchise. Kevin quickly recognized the opportunity and strength of the Harcourts brand and culture, and subsequently signed a Franchise agreement making his the second office to be re-branded in the USA. The combination of Kevin's vision and leadership skills, coupled with Harcourts expertise, tools, brand, and culture will make for an extremely successful partnership.
