Her background in broadcast media marketing and sales provides client service skills that are successfully employed in the real estate profession. And communicating each step of the process along the way,” she says. Her experience has helped clients grow their businesses through effective marketing plans and now that experience is being brought to help sellers create a marketing plan that will use today’s technology and resources to create demand and drive traffic in a short period of time and help buyers find their dream home and achieve their long-term real estate goals. Brandee moved to Bend from Scottsdale, Ariz., in 2006, attracted by the outdoor lifestyle and quality of schools, she took an eight-year hiatus and stayed home as a full-time Mom and community volunteer. Whether you are buying, selling or just have questions, my priority is making sure I exceed your expectations. I have a passion for my work but my main focus is making sure we build a strong partnership. Your house is your home--buying or selling is an important life event with emotional attachments. My goal is to make you comfortable and excited about the process of making a house your home from start to finish. If you are looking for investment potential, I will work hard to make sure you find the right investment that will provide you with the highest return possible. To ensure that I provide you the best service, I have partnered with Carol Donohoe, also an agent with Harcourts The Garner Group, who has been working in the Bend real estate market for 13 years. Her expansive knowledge, experience and certifications have won her multiple awards with Harcourts and placed her in the top 2% of agents in Central Oregon consistently through her career. My background is in Political Science, International Relations and Mediation. After traveling to Cyprus to study international conflict and mediation efforts, I found that I wanted to apply the same techniques on a local level. Paired with my prior experience in property management, I decided that working in real estate combines doing what I know from property management with what I love--working with people and helping to mediate for the smoothest transaction possible.
